A meeting was held at Douglas, in Coffee County, Georgia on March 26, 1977 at

Bro. J. H. (Bud) Hutcheson’s Westside Feedmill office. Those present were the

five ministers and the seven deacons elected at a previous organizational meeting

held at Community Church in Cook County, Georgia, on January 15, 1977. These

men were elected to draw up the by-laws, rules and regulations for our new

Association to be governed by.

The purpose of this meeting was to complete and put in order the new by-laws,

that we may proceed with application to incorporate and charter our new

The new proposed by-laws were agreed upon and adopted with a few minor

changes in the wording of the Decorum.

process. The moderator, A. J. Giddens, who resides at Rt. 1 Box 108, Jacksonville,
